- Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed.

- Using a false name, address, or identity during registration will result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Rulet supports a range of payment methods for Bangladesh members, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
Deposit Rules:
- The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the platform.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
- Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires meeting a wagering requirement of 30x to 45x. Specific conditions are listed on each bonus page.
- If multiple members from the same household or IP address claim the same bonus, all such claims will be considered void.
- Betting patterns designed to abuse the bonus system — such as opposing bets — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Rulet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
- Participating in bonus promotions is optional. You can deposit and play normally without accepting any bonus.
5. Gaming Policy
All games on rulet are operated by licensed third-party providers. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate and rules.
- Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.
- If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the bet is generally refunded. However, rounds that have already been settled cannot be reversed.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical issue, the ruling of the dealer or game provider will stand.
- In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, all bets will be automatically refunded.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error in a game will be considered void.

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rulet platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
Any of the following activities may result in account termination:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Accessing or using another person's account
- Deliberately exploiting game system errors or bugs
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Threatening or harassing other members or staff
- Using a false identity or fraudulent documents
- Forming a syndicate to abuse the bonus system
8. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

10. Account Suspension & Closure
Rulet may unilaterally suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

- If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted
- If evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud is found
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
- Upon receipt of a court order or government directive
Members may contact support at any time to request account closure. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned under the applicable terms.
11. Changes & Updates to Terms
Rulet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Depending on the nature of the change, members will be notified in the following ways:

- Via a pop-up notice at login
At least 7 days' notice will be given for significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after any change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
